Rainbow Smoothie Recipe


2 stalks of celery

½ avocado

1 medium carrot

1 medium beetroot

2 handfuls of frozen blueberries

1 handful of mixed seeds

2 cups of chamomile tea


1. Peel the carrot and beetroot

2. Wash and roughly chop the vegetables

3. Make chamomile tea

3. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz.

4. Top up with water to your preferred consistency if you find the mixture too thick
