Red: tomato paste in kebab marinade
Green: cucumber in Greek salad
Yellow: roasted pepper
Purple: aubergine in baba gahnoush
Dishes included: Baked feta cheese Oregano and paprika turkey Greek salad Tzaziki Baba ghanoush Potato and caper salad Rye sourdough and pita bread
Here’s a recipe for homemade Tzaziki, which I know you’ll love.
Tzaziki recipe 1/2 tub 500g Greek yoghurt 1/2 cucumber grated 1 medium clove garlic finely chopped 1/2 tbsp virgin olive oil 1 dessert spoon apple cider vinegar Sprinkle of salt and pepper Method ⭐️ Grate the cucumber then squeeze out the juice and keep for a salad dressing ⭐️ Chop the garlic ⭐️ Add all of the ingredients into a serving bowl and mix ⭐️ Wait for half an hour for the garlic to infuse before serving ⭐️ Mix again and serve #mezze #greekfood #aubergine #nutrition #nutritionist #Colchester #tzaziki #sundaydinner #sunday #fiveaday #5aday
