Recipe

400g frozen blueberries

Juice of 1 lemon

3 soy yoghurts

3 tbsp linseeds

3 mint leaves


Method

☀️Blend all of your ingredients

☀️Stir half way through if the blueberries clump together

☀️Enjoy
